What & why
Addresses #48.
This is just a poc to see if it is possible. It pulls in a .png as raw data into the binary during build time and treats it like a distributor splash screen. Technically no problem, so we can do it. Question is: should we? It feels a bit garish. I would rather just disable all the splash screens: cdrom and the 2 distribute slides and stick with the Adeline logo for posterity. But this proves it is feasible.
